What is Top Email Extrator?

Top Email Extrator is software for extracting emails from search engines and social networks. You enter a keyword, location (optional), social network, and country; the program searches on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or directories (Yellow Pages, Yelp, and others) and extracts the emails found in the results, also displaying title, description, and profile link.

• Keyword search — Enter any keyword (e.g., CEO, Jobs, Sales). The software builds the searches and goes through the results from the selected engines.
• Multiple search engines — Choose the search engine: Google, Bing, Yahoo, or directories such as Yellow Pages, Yelp, and others available in the list.
• Social network — Optional: select a network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) to focus the search, or “No Social Network”.
• Country — Select the country to target the search results.
• Email type — Filter by popular emails (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com) or set another email type (custom domain), as per the program options.
• Extraction and list — Results appear in the table: email, ad title, description, details link, category. You can export to Excel, CSV, or text.
• Settings — Language (EN/PT and others), export format (Excel, CSV, text), CSV column separator, and encoding. Proxy support when available.

• Windows with the appropriate .NET Framework.
• Latest version of Google Chrome (used by the software for searches).
• Internet connection.
• Microsoft Excel (optional, for editing exported spreadsheets).

• You will receive only the executable software. Source code is not included.
• After purchase, obtain your license code. If you have issues, email info@topactivex.com.
• After confirming the license code, install the program, run Top Email Extrator.exe and register your license on the activation screen.
• License email: use the email registered at purchase.
• Registration code: enter the license code you received.
• Once registration is complete, the main screen will be available.

After registering the license, start the software. On the main screen you configure keyword, location, social network, search engine, country, and email type to extract emails.

• Keyword — Enter the search keyword (e.g., CEO, Jobs, Sales).
• Location — Optional; enter a location to refine the search.
• Social network — Select the desired network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) or “No Social Network”.
• Search engine — Choose the search engine: Google, Bing, Yahoo, or one of the available directories (Yellow Pages, Yelp, etc.).
• Email type — Choose “Popular emails” (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com) or “Other email type” and enter the desired domain if applicable.
• Country — Select the country to target the results.
• Extract — Click to start the search and extraction. Results (email, title, description, link) appear in the table. Use Stop process to interrupt.
• Export — After extraction, click Export to save the data to Excel, CSV, or text. Run the search and view the results first before exporting.
• Clear — Use to clear the selection or list, as available.

Full version: to export or extract more than 35 items, the full version of Top Email Extrator is required.

Click the settings icon on the top bar to open Settings.

• Language — Change the software language (English, Portuguese, and others when available).
• Export file format — Set the default format: Microsoft Excel, CSV, or text file.
• CSV column separator — Choose comma (for US) or semicolon (for Europe).
• Encoding — Adjust the encoding of exported files if needed.

Save changes for them to apply to future exports. When available, the software allows you to configure proxies for connections.
